Folio 兒童安全標準
本頁說明 Folio 為防範兒童性虐待及剝削（Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation，以下簡稱 CSAE）所採行的標準與措施。Folio 目前由獨立開發者提供與營運。
我們的承諾
Folio 對任何形式的兒童性虐待、兒童性剝削，以及兒童性虐待材料（Child Sexual Abuse Material，CSAM）採取零容忍。我們嚴格禁止此類內容、行為、引誘或意圖出現在本服務中。
Folio 僅供成年人使用
- Folio 是 18 歲以上成年人專用的服務，不針對、也不向未成年人提供。
- 註冊時必須提供出生日期，系統據此計算年齡；未滿 18 歲一律無法完成註冊。
- 此年齡限制不僅實作於前端介面，亦由後端資料庫層強制檢查。日後若使用者修改出生日期，系統會重新驗證，未滿 18 歲即遭阻擋。
- Folio 不收集兒童個人資料，亦無意成為未成年人使用的平台。
防範設計
- 無照片或影像上傳功能：個人檔案不設頭像、貼文不附圖。服務中不存在任何上傳影像的途徑，從根本上消除散布 CSAM 影像的管道。
- 服務以文字共讀為核心，無即時影音通話，亦無滑卡式隨機配對。
- 使用者互動建立在公開貼文與報名機制之上，過程可受檢視。
檢舉與處理機制
- App 內檢舉：使用者可檢舉任何貼文、訊息或其他使用者。
- 封鎖：使用者可封鎖其他使用者，封鎖後雙方不再互相顯示。
- 檢舉案件由我們審核處理；違反規定的帳號將被停權。
對 CSAE 的處理方式
一旦發現涉及 CSAE 的內容、帳號或行為，我們將：
- 立即移除相關內容；
- 永久停權相關帳號；
- 保存必要證據；
- 依適用之兒童安全法律，向相關主管機關或通報機構通報。

Folio 遵守服務營運所適用之兒童安全相關法律及通報義務。

Folio Child Safety Standards
This page describes the standards and measures Folio applies to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Folio is currently provided and operated by an independent developer.
Our commitment
Folio has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation in any form, and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We strictly prohibit such content, conduct, grooming, or intent within the service.
Folio is for adults only
- Folio is a service for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to, nor offered to, minors.
- A date of birth is required at registration; the system derives the user's age from it, and anyone under 18 cannot complete registration.
- This age restriction is enforced not only in the front-end interface but also at the back-end database layer. If a user later changes their date of birth, the system re-verifies it and blocks anyone under 18.
- Folio does not collect children's personal data and is not intended to be a platform used by minors.
Preventive design
- No photo or image upload: profiles have no avatars and posts carry no images. There is no pathway to upload images anywhere in the service, which structurally eliminates a channel for distributing CSAM imagery.
- The service centers on text-based co-reading. There are no live video calls and no swipe-style random matching.
- User interaction is built on public posts and an application mechanism, making the process reviewable.
Reporting and response mechanisms
- In-app reporting: users can report any post, message, or other user.
- Blocking: users can block other users; once blocked, the two no longer appear to each other.
- Reports are reviewed and acted upon by us; accounts that violate our rules are banned.
How we handle CSAE
When we become aware of content, an account, or conduct involving CSAE, we will:
- remove the relevant content immediately;
- permanently ban the accounts involved;
- preserve necessary evidence;
- report to the relevant authorities or reporting bodies as required by applicable child safety law.
Legal compliance
Folio complies with the child safety laws and reporting obligations applicable to the operation of the service.

If you find any content or conduct that raises a child safety concern, please notify us immediately through either channel below:
- In-app report: use the report function to flag a post, message, or user.
