刪除 Folio 帳戶與相關資料
本頁說明如何刪除您在「Folio」應用程式中的帳戶，以及哪些資料會被刪除或保留。Folio 目前由獨立開發者提供與營運。
如何要求刪除帳戶
方法一：在 App 內刪除（建議）
- 開啟 Folio App
- 點選底部導覽列的「我」分頁
- 點選畫面右上角的「設定」圖示
- 選擇「帳號管理」
- 選擇「離開 Folio」
- 依畫面指示，於確認視窗再次確認
確認後，帳戶會立即永久刪除、無法復原。
方法二：來信申請
若您已移除 App 或無法登入，可寄送刪除請求至 folio0427@gmail.com：
- 主旨請註明「刪除帳戶」
- 內文請說明您用以登入的 Google 或 Apple 帳戶電子郵件
我們會在驗證您的身分後處理，並於完成後回信確認。
會刪除哪些資料
提交刪除後，下列資料會永久刪除：
- 您的登入帳戶（Google / Apple）
- 個人檔案：暱稱、性別、出生日期、書籍類別偏好、個性問答
- 您發布的所有貼文，以及您送出的報名紀錄
- 您的閱讀進度與讀後心得
- 您個人書房中的便利貼
- 推播通知識別碼（push token）
- 您設定的封鎖名單
會保留哪些資料、保留多久
下列資料不會刪除，但會匿名化（移除與您的關聯，於 App 中顯示為「已離開的書友」）：
- 共讀室中的聊天訊息
- 共讀便利貼牆上的便利貼
原因：這些內容是您與共讀夥伴共同產生的紀錄，完全刪除會破壞對方保有的共讀紀念。匿名化後已無法識別您的身分。
下列資料依法律義務保留：
- 服務條款同意紀錄：自帳戶刪除起保留 5 年，以雜湊（hash）形式儲存，無法反推您的身分。

Delete your Folio account & data
This page explains how to delete your account in the Folio app, and which data is deleted or retained. Folio is currently provided and operated by an independent developer.
How to request account deletion
Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the Folio app
- Tap the "Me" tab in the bottom navigation
- Tap the "Settings" icon at the top right
- Select "Account management"
- Select "Leave Folio"
- Confirm in the confirmation dialog as prompted
Once confirmed, the account is permanently deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
Option 2: Request by email
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, send a deletion request to folio0427@gmail.com:
- Use "Delete account" as the email subject
- State the Google or Apple account email you used to sign in
We will process the request after verifying your identity, and confirm by email once complete.
Data that will be deleted
Upon deletion, the following data is permanently deleted:
- Your sign-in account (Google / Apple)
- Profile: nickname, gender, date of birth, book category preferences, personality answers
- All posts you published, and applications you submitted
- Your reading progress and reading reflections
- Notes in your personal bookshelf
- Push notification token
- Your block list
Data that is retained, and for how long
The following data is not deleted, but is anonymized (your association is removed; it appears in the app as "a reader who has left"):
- Chat messages within co-reading rooms
- Sticky notes on co-reading note walls
Reason: this content is jointly created with your reading partners; deleting it entirely would destroy the shared reading record they keep. After anonymization, you can no longer be identified.
The following is retained to meet legal obligations:
- Terms-of-service consent records: retained for 5 years from account deletion, stored as a hash that cannot be traced back to your identity.
